Creating an Account

To start using StoryBook, you need to create an account.

1. Navigate to the Sign Up page.
2. Enter your email address and a strong password.
3. Check your email for a confirmation link to verify your address.

Managing Your Profile

Once logged in, you can update your personal information:

1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under Profile, you can update your:
   • Display Name: How you appear to team members.
   • Avatar: Upload a profile picture.

Security Settings

Changing Password

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For added security, we recommend enabling MFA.

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Click Enable MFA.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
4. Enter the verification code to confirm.

Delete Account

If you wish to delete your account:

1. Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
2. Click Delete Account.
3. Type "DELETE" to confirm.

[!WARNING] This action is permanent and will remove all your personal data. It does not delete Team data if you are not the owner.
